Cancellation Policy
Lessons and Make-up Lessons Each student is entitled to 4 lessons per month. If a 5th lesson is required, it costs €10–15, added to the following month's invoice, unless the student notifies the school that they do not wish to take it. It is possible to make up 1 lesson per month, provided the school is notified at least 24 hours in advance. Unannounced lessons count as completed, except if there is a medical certificate. Lessons accumulate in cases of: adverse weather conditions, teacher unavailability, or student absence with prior notice (1 lesson/month). Payments Monthly fee due by the 5th of each month. Send proof of payment. Invoices with Tax Identification Number (NIF) available upon request. Late payments must be reported; otherwise, the student may lose the right to the lesson. Entry in the middle of the month Payment proportional to the number of remaining lessons. Loyalty and Cancellation Minimum loyalty period: 3 months. Cancellation requires 15 days' notice. Scheduling and Back Office Classes must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance. Back office hours are Tuesday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (subject to changes on holidays and vacations). Rain forecast Classes may be moved to the Campolide skate park. If the location is unavailable, the class may be canceled and a make-up class will be offered.
